From S7 edge to Galaxy S9, what has changed?

What most catches the eye of the new Samsung Galaxy S8 are the slim screen frames. Even the display appearance of upcoming Galaxy S9 is so magnetizing that you won’t be able to let yourself stop falling in love with it. Another brilliant feature of this phone is the processor - Exynos to dominate them all.

Maybe you have read on some website that the Samsung Galaxy S8 feeds the latest processor from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 835; and this statement is true but only true in the version that is distributed in the United States. In Europe, and in the model we have tested, what we have is the best Samsung processor right now: the Exynos 8895. This is accompanied by a Mali-G71 MP20 graphics processor, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. No doubt company has always made us grin with its splendid features and so same will be done with the upcoming Galaxy S9, which is going to release next year, might be in the end of April having 6/8 GB RAM and 64/128 GB internal memory (expandable).

According to the Korean publications, Bell, the S9 smartphone will be embraced with a latest dynamic processor, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC with Adreno GPU. The beast S9’s magic has not stopped here as the spirited energetic Exynos 9810 processor will be also included in it but it is worth mentioning here that this Exynos chipset of S9 will mostly be marketed in Korea and few other Asian countries only.

Neither in theory nor in practice there are real power differences between the European S8 and the American model, so no one should worry about this aspect when buying this phone. In fact, if we look at comparisons to the millimeter, we will even see that the European model is a bit more powerful than the American. The important thing is that in the day to day, there is no difference some. After the launch of Samsung Galaxy S9, the company will release out another champ, Galaxy S9+. Both the upcoming phones S9 and S9+ have been given the specific codenames “Star” and “Star 2” respectively.

Most powerful Samsung Galaxy S9

When comparing numbers (both from the point of view of specifications and benchmarks), we quickly see that the Samsung Galaxy S8 is positioned as the most powerful mobile on the market. The models such as the Xperia XZ Premium from Sony or even the latest XiaomiMi 6 have some minimal chance of standing up to the new Samsung in a ranking of the most powerful phones. Those and the Apple’s iPhone of course! The total score in Antutu benchmark record for Samsung Galaxy S8 is 172329 and that of the Galaxy S8+, it is 172550. By coming off the upcoming challenger Galaxy S9 next year, let’s see how much score it gains. Hope, with S9’s qualified up-to-date supreme features and wonderful performance, could help the Samsung attaining highest score in this record.
